It dates back to the end of the 13th century. This Romanesque edifice was built on the ruins of a Roman monument which remains still can be seen. The church has conserved the look of the religious buildings from the period running from the 11th to the 15th century: its buttresses are very apparent and we can also see a series of crenels perfectly preserved. Moreover, the worn state of the floors on the roof from the comings and goings of the archers is very distinct.
It was built during the 12th century. The fresco behind the altar represents the Holy-Trinity with the specific emblem of the Chartreux (carthusian monks).
